You can assign tags to any Area, Location, Box, or Item from its create or edit form. Start typing in the Tags field to find existing tags, or type a new name and click Create new "..." to add it on the spot.

On each list page (Areas, Locations, Boxes, Items), use the Tags column filter to show only records with a specific tag. You can also filter by tag on the Print Labels page and in Reports.

Select multiple items in any list and click Bulk Tag to assign tags to all of them at once. This adds the chosen tags without removing any existing ones.
