Go to Dashboard → Reports. Choose:

• Report On — Areas, Locations, Boxes, or Items.
• Report Type — see options below.
• Filters — optionally limit by Area, Location, or Box.
• Include children — tick to include nested records (e.g. all Items inside a filtered Area).

Click Generate Report to run it.

• Basic — name, location path, description, tags, and timestamps.
• Valuation — includes quantity, current value, acquisition date and cost. Useful for insurance or home inventory purposes.
• Destination — shows the destination field alongside location. Useful for planning moves or donations.
• Summary — aggregate counts per container (how many boxes/items per location, etc.).

After generating a report, click Export CSV to download the results as a spreadsheet-compatible file.
